Vineyard Club/Terms of Use
There is no fee to join BrokenGrape's Vineyard Club. You may join now and you will not be charged until wine is shipped to you. Your benefits will not start until your first shippment. All shipments are discounted at the member rates.
New members will be able to choose to receive the most recent shipment(supply permitting)until 4 weeks prior to the next shipment’s release. If you sign up within 4 weeks of a scheduled ship date, new members will have the option of receiving both shipments, or just the pending one.
The credit card on your membership account is charged one week before the shipment is sent. The charge will be the retail value of your shipment, minus your member discount, and include any applicable taxes, markup fees and shipping charges.

Charges will vary a little with each shipment. Currently our shipment range is from $200-$220.
You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home addresses. Because of the adult signature requirement, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
BrokenGrape's Vineyard Club is a perpetual membership until canceled. You may cancel at any time in writing.
Customers who cancel their club membership prior to receiving at least two club shipments will be responsible for a $50 cancellation fee.
If a club shipment has been charged but not received prior to our receipt of your written cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment.
Members may suspend shipments. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
While we do offer discounted shipping, should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to BrokenGrape. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
All cancellations and address changes must be received in writing, email, or regular mail. All cancellations and changes must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. We do not require credit card changes in writing. Important: you may be responsible for shipping charges and/or restocking fees if you neglect to contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date.
Member Agreement
I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will receive shipments from BrokenGrape twice a year. I agree that BrokenGrape will charge my credit card for each shipment. My credit card will also be billed shipping and handling, which may be charged by BrokenGrape or by an outside shipper acting as my agent. I agree that I have read and understand BrokenGrape's privacy policy.
It is my obligation to notify BrokenGrape in writing of any address changes before packages are shipped. BrokenGrape will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.
I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing at any time without further obligation except for wines shipped prior to BrokenGrape's receipt of my cancellation.
Membership is ongoing, but may be cancelled after receipt of your second shipment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to -info@thebrokengrape.com- Please remember that it is your obligation to notify BrokenGrape of any address changes before wines are shipped, as BrokenGrape is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.
Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales tax. Void where prohibited by law.
